The area benefits from a number of local convenience shops and many pubs and restaurants including other businesses. Most parts are served by excellent bus and rail services into Central London and the City (e.g. Brixton to London Bridge = 15mins).

Less densely populated and with more parks and open spaces than other quarters of the capital, South East London is fast 'arriving' as a very desirable area in which to live.
